The photos featured Y.A.A Tan Sri Hashim Yeop Sani, Chief, Justice of Malaysia during the Closing ceremony of Seminar on Religion, Politics and State in Islam. It was also attended by Dr. Muhammad Kamal Hassan and Prof. Tan Sri Ahmad Ibrahim. The seminar was held from 15th to 16th September 1990.
The photo is significant to capture the early events of IIUM.
