The Law Students’ Association (LSA) of the Matriculation Centre at International Islamic University Malaysia organized Law Week 1997 from April 6th to 11th, under the theme “Law for the Land, Justice for Man.” This event aimed to enhance legal awareness among students and the public, fostering "law literacy" and a deeper understanding of the law's role in everyday life. Through various programs and exhibitions, participants gained valuable insights into the legal system and the operations of law-enforcement agencies. The initiative sought to cultivate a law-abiding, peace-loving society, aligning with the nation's Vision 2020.
